Probably the final revision for the jam

The version that 1.0.0 should have been. The intervening time was spent polishing and fixing.

Prominent bug fixes and QOL improvements:

Fixed (mostly) a bug that could send workers zooming across the map, ignoring all obstacles.
Tightened the win/loss criteria.
Fixed a major bug that could cause stack overflow.
(From version 1.0.1) added simple sound effects.
